At Figures Toy Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
